Philip enjoys assisting and advising homeowners and homebuyers. He has extensive experience in residential work, in particular inspecting and reporting on potential purchases. He has a friendly manner and is usually very happy to speak with you in person.

In addition to building surveys for homebuyers, Philip provides a range of services to homeowners such as party wall and dispute resolution, property valuation and specific defect reports on dampness, cracks or roof surveys.
